Cake Flavours

 A quick note on the outside of your cake…


 All our cakes are available in one of three finishes. Choose between a covering of buttercream, semi-naked buttercream, or fondant (rolled icing). All our fondant cakes are covered with your choice of dark chocolate or white chocolate ganache before the fondant is applied.  We strongly advise you only select mud cake flavours if you wish to have a fondant finish on your cakes as we cannot guarantee a perfect finish with other types of cake.


 Now for the inside…


Below is a guide of our most popular flavour combinations. You can mix and match to suit your tastes and even have two complimentary flavours within one tier. 

Dark Choc Mud*

Rich dark chocolate mud cake with layers of either cookies and cream or hazelnut chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.

White Chocolate Raspberry*

Moist white chocolate mud cake with layers of raspberry swiss meringue buttercream or passionfruit swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache.

Caramel *

Decadent caramel mud cake with layers of either apple salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream or butterscotch schnapps swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache.

Baileys Chocolate*

Baileys mud cake with layers of white chocolate or milk chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache.

Limoncello Mud*

Limoncello lemon mud cake with layers of blueberry or vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache.

Pistachio & Raspberry

Pistachio cake with vanilla bean syrup and layers of raspberry swiss meringue  buttercream.

Pink Champagne

Pink champagne cake with layers of strawberry and pink champagne swiss meringue buttercream.

Butterscotch Banana*

Decadent banana cake with layers of salted caramel and butterscotch schnapps swiss meringue buttercream.

Red Velvet*

Red velvet cake with layers of cream cheese flavoured swiss meringue buttercream.

Black Forest

Rich and moist chocolate cake with cherry liqueur syrup and vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream.

Classic Vanilla / Funfetti*

White vanilla cake with layers of either vanilla bean or birthday cake flavoured swiss meringue buttercream. This cake can be funfetti with the addition of sprinkles to the cake layers and buttercream for a fun twist on a classic.

Rich Fruit Cake*

Our fruit cake is rich and dark with notes of brandy or rum and, if requested, citrus. The fruit is soaked in brandy or rum for up to a month before the cake is baked. Once the cake is baked it is basted in brandy every few days for at least two weeks. Then it is glazed with apricot syrup, covered in marzipan (almond) icing (optional) and white rolled icing.  

Gluten Free  and Dairy Free Options…


Any cakes and associated fillings and coverings marked with an asterix (*) are available  as a gluten free option however food containing gluten is prepared in our kitchen so whilst we will endeavour to avoid it we cannot guarantee there will be no traces of  gluten in your cake. We have either vanilla bean or chocolate cake available as dairy free options.


 A note for summer months…


Buttercream cakes generally do not hold up well in our climate during the warmer months  and as a result we advise that buttercream finishes are avoided unless your cake can be refrigerated until just before the event and the cake will be displayed in an air-conditioned environment.
