Strawberry swiss meringue buttercream, with crushed pistachio, sandwiched between two pistachio and almond meringue based biscuit shells.
 
All of our macarons are made entirely from gluten free products however products containing gluten are prepared in our kitchen so whilst we endeavour to avoid it we can not gurantee that there will not be traces of gluten.
